Athletic Tape On The Outside Of Riding Breeches?
What is the purpose of athletic taping on the outside of riding breeches? I hunt/jump and have gone to many shows. And lately I have seen many girls with athletic tape wrapped around their thighs or calves on the outside of their breeches, and I wonder why?
it stops your breeches or joddies from riding up
just mainly a cheaper way than using leather gaiters
just to look neater and to be more comfortable

I’m not quite sure why you would put it on your thighs. But around your calves can keep your breeches snug and keep them from riding up in your tallboots. A good pair of boot socks will solve that problem though.
