WE ONLY SELL TOP QUALITY, AMERICAN MADE SADDLES, INDIVIDUALLY MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. Saddles must PAID IN FULL, in advance of order submission to manufacturer. Since saddles are individually ordered for you from the manufacturer, and waranteed by the manufacturer, they are not returnable to Slidem.com. Adjustments must be made directly with the saddle manufacturer. Saddles not in stock may take 2-6 for delivery. RETURNS We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Slidem.com, we will CHEERFULLY refund your money. Items may be retuned for refund or exchange without prior authorization. The only requirement we have, for non-defective items, is that items must be received by Slidem.com within 15 days and in condition to be resold. Shipping & handling is not refundable.
